Acorn Banksia

Banksia prionotes ‘Dwarf’

This dwarf variety of Banksia is a small, ornamental bushy shrub with long skinny and serrated grey-green leaves. ‘Acorn’ like flowers put on a conspiciuous show with their spectacular large towers of white woolly buds which turn shades of orange through Autumn and Winter. Plant in full sun in all soil types, including sand – avoid waterlogged soils. Drought tolerant once established and bird attracting.
