Adaptable and low maintenance, this shrub is useful as a screening plant and can be clipped into a more formal shape for a hardy, native hedge. The beautiful soft pink bottlebrush-like flowers provide valuable food for birds, insects and small mammals, when they bloom in the warmer months. It can handle multiple types of soils, loves a sunny position and grows well in pots.
