As its name suggests, this spreading medium sized shrub / small tree will put on quite a show with prominent, creamy yellow flowers throughout most of the year and striking, silvery grey-green deeply toothed leaves that fan out in a circular pattern from the flower bud.

Consider this variety for very well drained soils, in an open sunny position (not suitable for humid summers), though it is also moderately frost tolerant and handles some coastal exposure. It makes for an attractive hedge or screen and of course, provides endless cut flowers once established.
