Syzyguim

As its name suggests, this slender, compact dense plant is the perfect small tree for constricted planting areas such as along fences and driveways. It’s tight, attractive leaves and white flowers proceed a beautiful pink/red fruit. This psyllid resistant lilly pilly suits full sun to a partly shaded spot with well drained soil a must. Be sure to water well until established, mulch and add slow release fertiliser in spring for best results. Twice yearly pruning will help keep it in a tidy hedge or trim every two-three years if being used for a wider screening. We recommend planting one plant every metre squared.
